A factory-level survey of South African manufacturing firms, building toward a panel of around 300 respondents per quarter. The survey tracks output, employment, investment, costs, constraints and expectations. This will produce a continuous, independent assessment of manufacturing conditions that complements official statistics. The first edition is currently in development.

Annual Manufacturing Report
A flagship annual report combining the quarterly survey results with official data, and a rotating thematic focus (for example, energy and industrial resilience, export competitiveness, or skills and workforce development). The report is intended as a reference document for industrial policy, firm strategy, and academic research on the South African manufacturing sector, with a comparative African framing.
